The item must been returned at our office location within 15 days of the order shipment date in its original condition. Any used or altered merchandise will not be accepted. If the product is damaged during shipping, please write to hello@bartholomeow.com within 7 days of arrival and include photos of the packaging and the product. Items that are custom made or on sale can not be returned or exchanged.
